Nepal is hosting USA and Oman for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2. Each country will play against each other twice so the total of 6 games will be played at Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground, Kritipur.

Nepal will be playing 4 ODIs and this would be the first series on home soil after getting the ODI status from ICC on 15th March 2018. SmartYatru wants to capitalize this event and would be donating a certain amount to the Dhurmus Suntali Foundation for the construction of Gautam Buddha International Cricket Stadium in Rampur, Chitwan.

We will be donating a certain amount for the sixes and fours hit by Nepali batsmen and wickets taken by the Nepali bowlers.

  • For every sixes : Rs. 600
  • For every wickets: Rs. 500
  • For every fours: Rs. 100

This will be for the all four games Nepal will be playing starting 5th of Feb. Last game Nepal plays is on 12th Feb against USA. We will make the final calculation that day and hand over the money to the Foundation on 15th Feb 2020.

For us business is not always about making money, it is also about giving back to the community and we will keep doing this in the near future too.
